Class Levels

 

Beginner (B)
  Introductory or orientation classes are for participants who have little or no experience in the class type they are about to attend.
Multi-Level (M)
  Multi-level classes are suitable for all fitness and co-ordination levels.  They are classes in which you can work at your own pace according to your fitness levels and goals.
Intermediate (I)
  Intermediate classes are suitable for participants with considerable experience (3 – 6 months) in the class/program type.
Advance (A)
  Advance classes are strictly for the experienced.  The pace is quicker and choreography more complex.

Class Description

 

ABT
  Abs, Butts, Thighs. An intense lower body – conditioning workout.
   
AERO STEP
  The class is mixing up with aerobic and step. Enjoy with aerobic movement on the floor to half way and follow up by using the step platform for the second half. 2 in 1 to get more fun and enjoyable.
   
BODY & MIND
  The class for everyone is good for whole body, balancing, muscle control, exercise concentration and stretching. Or we can call “whole in one” class. It’s preparing you up to the next level for exercise.
   
BURN & SCULPT
  Tone your muscles with the use of hand weights and floor-based exercises. Great for those just starting out in a muscle conditioning program, Non-impact and moderate intensity.
   
BODY BALANCE™
  A fantastic mind/body class that integrates Tai Chi. Pilates, flexibility and core training set with uplifting and inspirational music. The class will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed with a senses of well-being and calmness.
   

BODY COMBAT™

  This class will raise your fitness levels with knockout workout incorporating moves and stances from a range of disciplines including Karate, Muay Thai. Tai Chi. Kickboxing and Tae Kwan Do.
   
BODY PUMP™
  A revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. All the benefits of working out with weights in one action packed, highly physical class. The world’s fastest way to get in shape.
   
BODY JAM™
  An addictive fusion of dance and aerobics moves. Using the latest sounds of Hip Hop. Funk and Latin music together with the latest chart topping hits.
   
DANCE MOVES
  Fast paced cardio workout filled with exciting and funky dance moves to groove your way to a fitter and healthier body.
   
DOUBLE STEP
  For experienced steppers only! This class utilizes 2 or more steps in the workout, with lots of choreography and directional changes. Low impact and moderate to high intensity.
   
EASY DANCE
  Suitable for beginner level. For everyone who would like to start to dance. Add up by a simple movement and easy chorography for dancing with the music. If you don’t know how to dance and would love to start. This class is a perfect answer.
   
FREE DANCE
  A freestyle based dance class. Loads of fun with choreography designed by the instructor.
   
GYM BALL
  A Core training and stability like no other, on the resist-a-ball with the use of a variety of resistance equipment.
   
HI-LOW
  A challenging class with the basic combination of exercise. This class will improve your fitness level and burn calories to help you lose body fat.
   
HIP HOP
  This is the class that teaches you all the hip hop dance moves that you need to know!
 
INDIAN DANCE
  There are many types of dance in India, from those which we brought to you by simple classical dances of India. Which are danced move by Hand, Head and Hip, guarantee for the one who love Indian styles, get more fun and learn more movement about Indian.
   
INTRO AEROBICS
  An introduction class to aerobics where you learn the basics of all the moves. Low impact and intensity.
   
INTRO STEP
  An introductory class to "stepping" where all the basic moves in a step class are conducted. Low impact and intensity.
   
JAZZERCISE
  A combination of effective exercise with Jazz dance based choreography and popular music. The dance is divided into three segment; cardio, strength and stretch.
   
LATIN DANCE
  A great class to learn the basic of Latin American dance.
   
LOW IMPACT
  A bridging class from Intro Aerobics to a full-on Hi-Lo class. Low to high impact and moderate to high intensity.
   
PILATES
  A mat based Pilates class that works the core muscle of the body, including the deeper muscle of the abdominals, back, shoulder blade and buttocks. The Pilates exercise stretch and strengthen your muscle in non-impact, controlled manner.
 
POP DANCE
  This class is a blend of Hip Hop, Locking Popping, House, Funky, Sexy and Class style. Improve your cardio vascular conditioning.
   
STEP EXPRESS
  Dance and move with the step! This class has lots of complex choreography that will challenge you mentally and physically! Low impact and moderate to high intensity.
   
STRETCHING
  Floor based class with emphasis on stretches to increase and maximize joint and muscular flexibility.
 
STUDIO CYCLING
  A freestyle indoor cycling workout. The focus of this class is a total mind and body journey. A great way to lose yourself while training at your own level. Choose your own intensity.
   
TAI CHI
  This ancient art will develop your internal energy of chi. Slow, graceful movements will improve posture, mobilize joints and increase flexibility.
