TRUE Fitness launched its first combined Fitness, Yoga, Spa & Aesthetics center at Asoke Intersection in June 2006. A total area of over 7,000 square meters spread across 5 floors at Exchange Tower, TRUE Fitness promises to be a sanctuary for the exercise and fitness conscious busy executives.

We officially opened our second all-in-one centre in the heart of Bangkok’s shopping district in November 2007. With an impressive area of over 9,000 square meters, the TRUE Fitness, Yoga, Spa & Aesthetics centre at Zen @ Central World is a one-stop centre that caters to total well-being, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Spanning over 35,000 sq ft of Fitness & Yoga facilities, the 3rd True Fitness club was recently launched at Esplanade Ngamwongwan Khae-Rai featuring the full range of fitness equipment, aerobics & yoga classes and dedicated personal trainers.

Bikram Hot Yoga
Bikram Hot Yoga – the yoga made renowned by famous Hollywood celebrities such as Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Sharon Stone, Madonna, Jessica Simpson and many more, made its debut at Zen @ Central World in October 2007. This is a series of 26 scientifically designed postures, guided by a specific dialogue which pumps the mind, body and spirit via a 90-minute session in a studio heated to a minimum of 41 degrees Celsius.
